Coding for a Cause

Join us for a one day hack-a-thon!

On Saturday, February 9, 2019, from 8:30 am – 3:30 pm, we will be co-hosting this special event with Random Hacks of Kindness (RHoK) Jr.

Girls and Boys, 4th-8th grade, are invited to join RHoK Jr and Robotics And Beyond at a special one day hack-a-thon at Sarah Noble Intermediate School where they will be working with computer science professionals, university students and local high school students that will act as computer science mentors to create technology for social good by helping local charities. Android devices will be provided for building and testing apps, but you are welcome to bring your own device. Participants may also bring their own laptops to work on.

The cost to participate is $15 and registration is through RHoK Jr.’s website.
